Research and Analysis of 3014 SMD LED White Light Package Products

Recently, Xinyuan Electronics has introduced the high-current and high-efficiency flat-structure white-light SMD package 3014 patch to the market. This product has the unique heat sink structure design of Xinyuan Electronics, which has the advantages of high heat dissipation, high luminous efficiency and high cost performance. The 3014 patch is a vertical heat dissipation structure, and heat is mainly diffused vertically by a heat sink. Compared with the horizontal heat dissipation structure, the heat transfer path of the 3014 patch is reduced, and the heat dissipation area is increased (the thermal resistance is reduced), thereby achieving high heat dissipation. This feature allows the 3014 chip to achieve high current usage (currently up to 60mA), to meet the customer's application of increased current while reducing the number of 3014 lamp beads, and ultimately according to the customer's current selection, 3014 chip light source cost is actually reduced 20 %-60%.

Xinyuan Electronics 3014 SMD is a mature product with a monthly capacity of over 200KK(In this package, Amber LED, UV LED, orange LED are all available). Considering to provide customers with better service and quality, Xinyuan Electronics combines its own technological advantages with Guangdong University of Technology and Beijing University of Science and Technology to establish a “production, study and research” combination base to develop higher current and higher light efficiency products for customers. At present, Xinyuan Electronics has measured the latest technical parameters. The results show that the 3014 patch light efficiency is 160 lm/w at 20 mA; 145 lm/w at 30 mA; and 125 lm/w at 40 mA. The mature packaging technology and excellent heat dissipation effect, together with the smaller package size of the 3014 chip (3.0mm × 1.4mm × 0.8mm), make the application design of the luminaire more convenient and flexible.
